Security Company! Reporting to the VP of NAM Channel Sales, North
America PreSales Director is responsible for leading our technical
sales strategy and leading a team supporting our overall sales
goals for PACS North America. This role will leverage and grow the
understanding of HID PACS Solutions within our established NAM
Channel and Technology Partners to ultimately drive longer-term
revenue growth. The candidate is expected to deliver a high
standard of technical expertise, solution selling, and leadership
skills for a team of up to 5-6 PreSales Engineers with opportunity
to grow the team further. This is a highly collaborative position
requiring excellent communication skills, and a thorough
understanding of complex, matrix organizations in a global
environment. As our Director of PreSales North America, youll
support HIDs success by:
- Collaborating with Channel, OEM, and End User teams to sells
products to new and current customers, increasing sales and meeting
individual and team sales quotas.
- Playing an essential role as the technical expert on PACS
Solutions, supporting sales pipeline management and ensuring team
provides appropriate details in SFDC.
- Providing leadership in ensuring PreSales Team educates and
supports a large North America Channel consisting of OEM,
Distribution, Integration, and Technology partners.
- Acting as mentor to PreSales Team with aim to demonstrate and
articulate the value proposition of HID PACS solutions in a
compelling way.
- Independently creates product awareness.
- Developing and executes coverage strategy for PreSales team
members to ensure alignment with PACS NAM sales strategy and more
effective us of our technical resources.
- Assisting management with devising plans and strategies for the
NAM PACS market. What we will love about your background:

Management to ensure continual alignment of HID PACS solutions with
market needs.
- Provides follow-up with customers and prospects to ensure

requests for quotes from Web site
- Listens and probes to understand clients' needs and can
communicate these effectively.
- Is proactive in attitude and willing to learn new processes and
procedures, contributing to the development of the position.
- Takes responsibility for all actions and resolving open issues
selecting and using available HID resources. Your Experience and
Education include:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Information
Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent training and
experience.
- Minimum 10 years overall experience.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in the Security or Access
Control Marketplace preferred.
- Proven & verifiable track record of successful technical sales
leadership.
- Demonstrated time management, communication, decision-making,
presentation and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and complete
short-term and/or long-term tasks and project assignments on
time.

for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are
considered when making compensation decisions, including but not
limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and
certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The
disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable
geographic differential associated with the location at which the
position may be filled. At HID, it is not typical for an individual
to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and
compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances
of each case. The base salary range in the United States is
$121,014 to $222,000. The OTE is up to $277,500. This opportunity
