Details:PurposeThe Project Manager will be responsible for
delivering value to the organization and will report to the
Director, Enterprise IT Portfolio Management and execute the
project with the support of the project team and the Project
Management Office.This position will develop the detailed project
management plan of assigned project and implement them together
with assigned project team.They will work hand in hand with project
stakeholders to complete all required works, installations,
commissioning of equipment & systems until complete handover to the
business.They work within the guidelines, policies and mission of
the organization and will be responsible for his/her specific
projects as assigned.Responsibilities
- Plan projects with requesters, departments, and IT Leadership
to ensure proper resources and feasibility of project. Identify and
document the project scope, charter and objectives that will allow
the business to meet both its long- and short-term goals and
objectives. Participate in pre- and post-implementation analysis as
required to ensure that elements of cost, benefit, and risk are
identified and considered.
- Serve as a resource for business leaders, technical managers,
and project team members to provide them with the information and
guidance needed to complete their tasks successfully. Communicate
task assignments and due dates in a clear, professional and timely
manner. Provide information as needed to appropriate people in a
clear, professional and timely manner. Maintain application
knowledge level to provide required information as needed.
- Manage small scale and moderately complex projects to ensure
quality and timely implementation of information systems. Manage
work plan and project steps to meet committed time frames and
project milestones. Monitor project status, provide periodic status
reports, and resolve project problems and issues in a timely
manner. Manage vendors for each assigned project including
accountability for contracts, deliverables, and deadlines --
ensuring vendor quality and compliance.
- Help supervise the daily activities of the project team to
ensure the timely and quality completion of projects. Supervise the
day-to-day activities of team members in an effective, timely and
professional manner. Prepare schedules, make job assignments,
monitor personnel and maintain appropriate documentation in
accordance with IT policies and procedures. Ensure that project
team members adhere to enterprise and department policies and
procedures at all times. Identify and provide opportunities for the
staff to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to
contribute to the success of the department and project. Establish
performance goals and expectations for project team members and
evaluate related performance.
- Other duties as assigned. Required QualificationsBachelor's
degreeand two (2)years of projectmanagement experience directly
involved insmallandmedium sized projects. Project Management
Institute certification (Project Management Professional or Agile
Certified Practitioner), or working towardsacertificationin project
management.Exceptional written and verbal communication. Excellent
planning and organization skills. Efficient and timely decision

QualificationsExperience in healthcare IT. Ability to delegate
tasks to project team membersand hold them accountable. Experience
with multi-discipline, internal and external experts. Excellent
planning skills and use of project planning tools (MSProject,
Smartsheet, Jira, etc.). Comfortable working in a matrix reporting
environment with various stakeholders.Salary Range$70,000 +
depending on qualificationsWorking Conditions
