You will report to the Senior Director, Information Technology to join our Team in Austin, TxYour Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the project management team to review project plans and proposals and develop project goals
• Working with the project management team, identify project responsibilities by determining the phases and elements of the project; calculate time frames and sequence the stages of the project
• Help update and manage the project roadmap
• Review, monitor schedule and technical scope baselines
• Ensure the preparation and delivery of required project documentation
• Prepare and provide project status updates
• Absorb and use project related technology to ensure project management and collaboration
• Document meeting minutes and ensure documentation availability for assigned projectsWhat We'd Like to See
  • Familiarity with Agile framework and practices.
  • Experience with Desk-side support activities for at least 1 years in a multinational company.
  • ITIL Foundation (V2 or V3)
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalentRole Essentials
    
    
    • BA/BS or equivalent educational background.
    • Technical documentation
