Job Description:
The VP of Business Development will work with qualified
candidates to recruit them to the Kestra Financial
platform.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:To perform this job
successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential
duty satisfactorily:--- Recruit qualified financial advisors to the
Kestra platform
--- Actively build and manage a pipeline of prospective advisors in
a sales territory
--- Actively build and manage a pipeline of centers of influence
(COIs) to generate referrals.
--- Manage and travel a sales territory to build Kestra Financial's
presence
--- Assist in supporting home office visits including hosting
dinners.
--- Utilize CRM reporting to track and measure recruiter actives
and outcomes.
--- Manage the advisor relationship through the onboarding
process.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES: To perform this job
successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential
duty satisfactorily. Regular and predictable attendance is
required. Individual should have the following skills and

--- Strong communicator and collaborator; Strong relationships
building skills.
--- 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in the financial
services industry.
--- The ability to quickly gain a strong knowledge of Kestra's
services offered
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: NoneEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
--- College degree or equivalent industry related experience
preferred
