network.As part of this team, the Media senior manager will be
responsible for driving deep client engagement and building trust
through the delivery of a strategic in-housing project designed to
digitize the end-to-end media planning and buying workflow. A
strong understanding of technology used to both plan and buy, as
well as working knowledge and application of factors of performance
within channels (GRP, Reach/Frequency) for mass and targeted CPG
marketing communication is required. You will be comfortable
covering topics including post-cookie consumer engagement and
communication, data strategy design, and integrated media planning
and buying consultancy, and solutions design. You will be a trusted
media expert in the clients marketing ecosystem and offer best
practices in media activation initiatives.Some travel will be

- Be the clients day to day strategic point person, operating as
trusted advisor and link to the development team
- Effectively oversee the allocation of resourcing and ensure
quality and timely delivery of digital projects
- Manage key client stakeholders through the delivery phase and
support delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution
- Collaborate across other areas marketing & technology including
digital strategy on seamless delivery and continued optimization of
effective marketing communication performance
- Leverage EPAMs strength in custom software development, data
science and product development to provide clients with bespoke
technology and data solutions that provide differentiated value
over standard market solutions. (You do not need to be a technical
expert, but it is crucial that you can spot opportunities for other
teams to support clients requirements.)
- Work with the Digital Media leadership team to continuously
identify improvements and/or enhancements in processes and tools to
streamline and industrialize execution activities, supporting
quality, and on-time delivery
- Over time, we expect this team to grow so team management

a highly motivated team of digital media managers and
consultants

- 5+ years of experience in cross channel media planning and
buying (both ATL and Digital) in an agency activating media
- Strong technical knowledge of the cross-channel Media / MAdTech
space, comfortable flipping between business and more technical
discussions
- Excellent client management skills with superb verbal and
written communication and seasoned presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to quickly build and grow strong stakeholder
relationships
- Demonstrated success in developing and delivering consultative
solutions to help clients overcome business-critical challengesNICE
TO HAVE
- 5+ years of ad technology expertise in one or more digital
marketing platforms (Google Marketing Platform, Social Media
platforms, Amazon, other DSPs, Adservers)
- Experience with Retail Media (Amazon and others) from a CPG
perspective a plus
- Good working knowledge of the role of marketing technology
(Adobe, Salesforce etc.)
- Experience of both sell and buy side beneficial
- Project management experience / skills beneficial
- Bachelors degree
