Job Description:
Media.Monks is looking for a key lead to help support and
advance our Paid Media team globally, working on our largest
Enterprise engagements. In this leadership role, you will be
directly responsible for helping to shape the strategic development
of our offering centered around full service Media
engagements.Ideal candidates for this role have a demonstrated
ability in growing and developing a paid media team, demonstrated
success in fiscal responsibility and a deep understanding of the
paid media landscape across digital and traditional channels
alike.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams to deliver client success across a variety of
disciplines - Media Planning, Investment, Operations, Measurement,
etc.
- Ultimate responsibility for delivering the Media work product
across disciplines, focusing on teamwork, collaboration, and
financial and operational success
- Work closely with the Global Head of Media and the Global Head
of Media Operations to ensure media activity within the region
supports global efforts and is executed with global standards
- Lead & Participate in New Business activity in partnership with
Growth team through development of media RFI materials, RFPs, media
insights and media plans
- Participate and train broader members of the team in
cross-media planning and omnichannel investment activity
- Provide insight-led solutions to solve critical client problems
at the highest level
- Focus on development of processes to ensure successful client
delivery
- Grow key client relationships on assigned accounts
- Assist in Talent Acquisition and Development activities
- Participate in strategic conversations related to growth and
expansion, including product development and R&DQualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in a media agency in a media planning
and/or activation capacity
- Demonstrated track record of success navigating large scale
media pitches
- Demonstrated excellence leading large-scale enterprise media
accounts
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to recognize
opportunities and develop new strategies to bring them to life
- Strong POV on media landscape backed by data, insights and
market dynamics
- Deep understanding of all media channels (digital and
traditional alike) across the region; Global experience a strong
plus
- Demonstrated ability to present a media philosophy, POV and
plan utilizing data and insights
- Comfortable navigating key media tools such as Neilsen, Kantar,
GWI, Pathmatics, etc.
- Excellent presentation skills; Strong ability to lead
development of media plans, including content, research, and
strategy. Demonstrated track record of success bringing these plans
to market with flawless execution.
