Job Summary
This position offers exposure to marketing, partner relations,
project management, sales, and sales support. The Partner Manager
will be a resource for Stratascale responsible for in-field
relationships with partners related to Stratacale's go to market
solutions, ensuring that account teams are receiving proper
alignment support with their partner counterparts and leadership,
as well as being the go-to liaison for Stratascale and all
strategic & emerging partners in their assigned Region. They will
be proficient in partner programs and partner marketing and will
work extensively with sales to assist in enabling pipeline
development with partner field teams. This position will be located
near one of the following cities : - Austin, TX, Phoenix, AZ,
Denver, CO or Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
- Work in a team environment to support Stratascale's Sales
leadership, account executives & engineering teams in their efforts
to sell Stratascale's go to market solutions
- Serve as a point person for facilitating sales leader to sales
leader, account executive to account executive, and engineering to
engineering strategic planning meetings as well as
training
- Work in a matrix environment in support of Stratascale field
organizations where engagement models may vary
- Managing Business Results -
- Responsible for Stratascale Partner growth and GM target within
territory &/or OEM
- Make recommendations to help maximize partner resale
profitability
- Provide monthly reporting, analysis of business results and
joint pipeline to business leaders
- Managing Partnerships - Ambassador Stratascale/Partner
alignment -
- Establish and help develop relationships between Stratascale
and its partners within territory
- Be the ambassador of Stratascale's Value to all levels of
partner leadership and sellers - -
- Ensure Stratascale AE activities are tightly aligned with
partner goals
- Lead joint account alignment session between Stratascale
partner leadership, providing feedback, reporting and pipeline
growth from various in-field activities
- Ownership of all partnership conflicts escalated by Stratascale
sales leadership and in-field partner management
- -Go To Market Strategy - Stratascale Sales Enablement -
- Relevant partner training and sales enablement for sales and
engineering teams
- Responsible for facilitating the education of Stratascale teams
on available partner product promotions and registration programs
to help drive profitability
- Assist with select customer facing activities -
- Position Stratascale value proposition to partner teams
Qualifications
- Deep channel knowledge, experience in complex solutions sales
motions and experience operating in a matrix management
environment.
- 3+ years of channel OR 3+ years of direct / indirect outside
sales experience
- Must be able to accommodate a flexible travel schedule and
attend meetings/client visits within the assigned geographic
territory and other locations as assigned

level relationships
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute cross-functional
plans to achieve defined objectives

engineering organizations

- Strong communication & presentation Skills
Unique Requirements
- Occasional regional travel is required.
Additional Information
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $100,000 -
$175,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation
for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills,
experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from
individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited
to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
