_Inn Cahoots is a private, group-travel brand with a growing portfolio of Air-BNB style hotel units and hotel bars. The portfolio includes a boutique hotel with five units and a total of 23 bedrooms, four developing bars and four stand-alone properties. We are in contract and have raised money to expand to Nashville. We are looking for a senior event sales manager to lead the charge on selling our iconic event space._

*Primary Responsibilities*

* Book our hotel rooms and venue spaces via inbound and outbound sales
* Increase and exposure for our event space and hotel rooms
* Manage sales and touring prospective clients to marketing the space
* Sales and business development
* Develop accurate budgets for events and secure deposits/payments from clients and negotiate contracts
* Responsible for effectively guiding customers through event experiences, identifying solutions that meet their goals and resulting in a compelling event experience
* Effectively prepare and present quotes and proposals in a timely manner to customers
* Maintain a healthy pipeline at all times that ensures achievement of established revenue targets

*What you'll need: *

* A minimum of 2-3 years of hotel sales or comparable experience in the restaurant, hospitality, wedding or entertainment industry
* Positive, enthusiastic and outgoing personality
* Proven leadership and ability to drive sales
* Self starter who thrives in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
* Excellent time management, organization and follow through skills
* Strong project management, time management and organizational skills
* Ability to put together event packages, pricing and drawing up BEO contracts
* The ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays as needed
* The ability to market, promote and sell our venue to potential clients
* Strong selling, negotiating, business writing and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

* Health insurance
* Paid time off

* Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
* Commission pay
