Morgan, Capital One Ventures, Citi Ventures, ServiceNow, Splunk Ventures, Menlo Ventures, Unusual Ventures, GV (formerly Google Ventures), Alkeon Capital, and many more. - POSITION SUMMARY - Harness is looking for a Manager of Sales Development who is passionate about building out the Sales Development team on a global scale, working directly with our TDRs (Territory Development Reps) to ensure their enablement and growth, and helping to grow the team as Harness continues rapid growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the implementation of a world class inbound and outbound Sales Development function
  • Develop and maintain close cross-functional relationships with all Sales and Marketing leaders
  • Incentive/metrics alignment, TDR capacity planning and optimization, create and manage TDR quota ramp and incentive structures
  • Liaise with Finance, Sales and Marketing teams to align on quarterly and yearly goals
  • Quarterly compensation planning and delivery amongst teamRecruit and onboard new TDRs
  • Tool evaluation and ownershipABOUT YOU
    • 3+ years managing a Sales Development/Business Development team
    • Experience with a complex software product
    • Experience prospecting into enterprise accounts
    • Proven success with prospecting strategies including email campaigns and cold calling
    • Strong collaboration with marketing and sales leaders
