The position: Create, develop, and deliver organizational programs and initiatives that help drive cultural transformation and deliver on associate engagement initiatives, educate leaders, support business strategies, and evolve our values-driven inclusive culture.

ResponsibilitiesEngagement and Recognition

  • Partner with the Director of Engagement to develop an annual roadmap and activity calendar that supports the organizational goals and engagement strategy
  • Lead, maintain, and refresh all organizationally accessible wellbeing resources, partnering with the internal communication team and associated channels to ensure maximum uptake and engagement
  • Lead and deliver wellbeing activities/moments that contribute to support key focus areas (including summer/winter programs, corporate and on-site)
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders (including internal functions, L&D, Marketing, Operations, Wellness Ambassadors, D&I Council, RPM Serves) to gather insights to inform ideas to improve the wellbeing of our associates
  • Provide informed guidance and best practice on aspects around engagement (incl. for training resources and policies on key topics)
  • Generate high quality content that is relevant, easy to understand, and approachable
  • Update and implement engagement strategy, events, and community building moments aligned to organizations M/V/V
  • Facilitates associate conversations around engagement topics through various mediums (in-person and virtual employee forums/focus groups, surveys, and internal company communications)
  • Advise partners and departments across the business on the best approach to increase engagement, to help them achieve their goals in respect to what associates think, feel, and do
  • Analyze the effectiveness of our engagement and wellness strategies, building responsive strategies informed by the experience of our associates
  • Manages special projects, as assigned
  • Required travel
  • Success means:
  • o By the end of the first year, associate sentiment related to eNPS and wellness increase by X points
  • o Fuse (or other communications platform) engagement increase by X points as defined by post engagement/click rate/open-rate.
    Qualifications
    • Significant experience leading and delivering employee engagement and wellness initiatives, using best practice to drive strategy and engagement
    • Experience in generating comprehensive wellbeing engagement plans that apply creative tactics for different audiences (on-site, corporate)
    • Proven ability to manage multiple programs with strong attention to detail
    • Experience building relationships and working with a diverse group of stakeholders in a dynamic and matrixed organization
    • Ability to work independently - delivering quality under pressure
    • Excellent writing and communication skills that simplify complex issues and concepts
    • Problem solver: passionate about connecting with people and delivering work to improve our associate experience
