We advocate on behalf of our customer's problems to create a shared roadmap of planned future changes and work collaboratively with partners in Engineering and Design to bring these features to life.About The Role:As Vice President of Product for one of our brands, you will lead the entire product development function for the brand in the U.S.Primary Objectives:You are familiar with the modern software development practices used to build and deploy SaaS applications.Lead, manage, and mentor the brand product development teams.Develop forecasts and metrics to ensure constantYou have a track record of shipping products users love.You're familiar with product led growth (PLG) as a strategy.You have a deep understanding of the technical team's needs and can interface with them seamlessly.Create a fun, yet results driven work environment for all you manage.What You'll Be Doing:Product lifecycle management from concept to launch of product(s) across all brands.Drive innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive action.People leader with demonstrated success in leading and mentoring teams and future leaders.Understand the user experience and design.What We Are Looking For:8+ years in a SAAS leadership position.What will Make You Stand Out:Master's degree in Business (or in progress to achieve a master's degree).Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills in a fast -changing environment.The Tech:Strong in MS Excel and can create pivot tables and use data to construct analysis for management.Experience in Tableau or other data driven applications for daily monitoring of services.Travel RequirementsApprox. 20%; TravelAdditional Position Duties:Sit for prolonged periods of timeUtilize wrist and hands for a prolonged period of timeWalk short distancesStand for short periodsSpeaking and conversing with othersLift up to 25lbs without assistance up to chest heightEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledIf you are based in California, we encourage you to read this important information about the ShipStation Privacy Policy for California residents linked here.
