Alternate Locations: Work from HomeWork Arrangement: Work from HomeRelocation assistance: : is not available for this opportunity.Pay Range: $83,500 - $179,100Bonus Potential: 10%Requisition #: 70134The Role at a GlanceAs a Sr. CX Strategy Product Manager, you will be joining a team that owns the customer experience (CX) strategy for Retirement Plan Services (RPS), Life/Annuity Operation and Producer on-boarding. As a member of the CX Strategy team, you will serve as an advocate for our internal and external customers to ensure a comfortable and engaging experience across each touchpoint with a focus on driving digital engagement within RPS. You will be partnering with an experienced team, in a primarily Agile environment, to improve customer satisfaction while supporting our CX Strategy goals and objectives.What you'll be doing

  • Continually monitoring voice of customer and competitive intelligence
  • Participate and/or leading Journey Mapping initiatives
  • Partnering with our Sales and Client Management partners to support and identify CX opportunities
  • Developing CX Strategy Roadmaps and prioritize CX needs
  • Define Epics and Features when Roadmap items receive funding
  • Partnering with CX Product Owner and Business and IT Partners in delivering and launching funded itemsWhat we're looking forMust-haves:
    • 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in customer engagement, relationship, and/or other customer experience related to the responsibilities of the role
    • Retirement plan services background
    • CX Strategy or Product Development experience
    • 4 Year/Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelors)Nice-to-haves:
      • Agile certifications and/or experience
      • Data analysis skills, including advanced Excel and Google analytics
