The Team Manager will develop and lead a team of coaches to provide direct to patient sleep coaching using behavioral and motivational techniques for adherence improvement outcomes. The primary role is in assisting Sleep Coaches in the delivery of sleep coaching services, as well as the hiring, training, evaluation, and development of a call center coaching staff.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**+ Work closely with leadership team and cross-functional partners to develop goals, strategies, and objectives.+ Accountable for the overall achievement of allquantitative and qualitative individual and team goals including adherence percentage; tracks and reports performance to individuals and team as appropriate.+ Collaborate with coaches to develop therapy adherence plans that center on behavioral and motivational techniques.+ Identify and implement best practices to standardize procedures across our CPAP coaching programs.+ Be the expert on behavioral and motivational coaching to help respiratory patients adhere to therapy.+ Call monitoring to ensure behavioral tools and techniques are being used appropriately.+ Resolve patient/employee escalated complaints by identifying problems and coordinating appropriate corrective action.+ Lead team meetings, educating the team regarding processes and practices, and providing clear expectations for outcomes.+ Assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing call center goals.+ Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.+ Identify, develop, and implement innovative ideas that enhance business growth in a positive and constructive manner.+ Taking on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and call center operations.**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**+ This position supervises subordinate employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management, hiring, development, and discipline of subordinate employees within the department.**Minimum Required Qualifications**MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**Education and/or Experience**+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience+ 2+ years experience with behavioral health care management+ 2+ years call center experience**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES**+ Patient-Focused: You start with the patient and work backwards. It also may require occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching above the shoulder.
