Vonage's Field Sales organization identifies and acquires new
customers for the company's robust, feature-rich residential and
business communications solutions. We develop and execute sales
strategies to address the needs of customers ranging from
single-person companies to those with thousands of employees spread
over multiple locations. The Vice President, Field Sales,
establishes strategic direction and ensure an overall integrated
approach to sales optimization across designated regions.

What you'll do
Work with executive leadership to develop, direct and drive key
business strategies that provide the highest level of improvement
to Field Sales processes and deliver excellent customer
Establish budget, operational plans and performance goals and
Align and influence internal organizations and external partners in
support of Field Sales strategy and direction.
Nurture and maintain consultative relationships with key customer
leaders and decision makers.
Manage and reconcile requests across diverse Vonage functional
