Our 'get it done' culture allows everyone at Snowflake to have an equal opportunity to innovate on new ideas, create work with a lasting impact, and excel in a culture of collaboration.AS A SENIOR ENTERPRISE SERVICES SALES MANAGER, YOU WILLReport to a Practice Director on the Americas Enterprise team, aligned to a specific regionOwn, manage and be accountable for the assigned accounts and prospects in the region, focused on a quarterly bookings target and measured on consumption progress/meeting consumption targets at your accounts as part of the broader account teamServe as the Professional Services sales point of contact for your region through the following:Collaborate with cross functional teams to find opportunities, scope, propose and sell services (Professional Services and Training) to both new and existing CustomersProvide Services Sales support to Account Teams Define scope and deliver SOWs for Professional Services engagements that align with customer business goals and outcomes. Drive deal reviews internally to ensure alignment - ensure the scope of the project is well defined for customer successUnderstand and help optimize business operations processes for services salesBuild strong cross-functional relationships within Snowflake GTM teams (legal, deal desk, account teams, sales, PS&T leadership - including workload services - and partner team)Provide bookings forecast and demonstrate strong command of your book of businessPartner closely with Enterprise Engagement Managers to prepare and transition to delivery; define a robust process for handoff and knowledge transfer; drive delivery project learnings back into services sales and scopingStay connected to active projects in your territory to help ensure alignment with the original customer business goalsContribute to and own internal process improvements across the teams and broader Professional Services organizationOUR IDEAL SENIOR ENTERPRISE SERVICES SALES MANAGER WILL HAVE:12+ years of experience in a Sales and/or Services Sales role focused on cloud advocacy and articulating the business value of complex, technical conceptsDirect experience in a Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and/or Cloud fieldProven track record of meeting bookings and consumption (or similar) targetsProven ability to communicate and translate effectively across multiple groups from sales and accounts to deal desk, legal, and workload services teams, with an emphasis on partnering with engagement managers to ensure success transitions from sales to deliveryStrong organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBonus Points: Experience in a client support and advisory technical role (solution architect, system administrator, technical account manager or equivalent)WHY JOIN OUR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TEAM:Unique opportunity to work on a truly disruptive software productGet unique, hands-on experience with bleeding edge data warehouse technologyDevelop, lead and execute an industry-changing initiativeLearn from the best! Join a dedicated, experienced team of professionalsIn accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado:The estimated pay range for this role, if based in Colorado, is $126,900-$172,550.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity planPlease note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado with compensation that aligns with your location. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
