The preferred start date for this position is August 1, 2022.As a Head Food Production Manager / Chef with our restaurant hospitality team, you are responsible for maintaining strong relationships with your restaurant kitchen staff while ensuring our members receive a high-quality fine dining experience at our facility. You work hard to attract and retain staff by providing training opportunities and a positive collaborative environment that helps the operations of our kitchen run smoothly. To optimize productivity, you effectively teach your staff new recipes, cooking techniques, and the proper usage of equipment.In addition, you oversee our cooks performing food preparation to ensure that our high standards of fine dining are being maintained. You also supervise the delivery of food supplies, help prepare special dishes, and manage the overall kitchen operations during our dinner service. Because of your excellent leadership, you ensure that our kitchen staff always delivers high-quality, cost-effective fine dining dishes that keep our guests coming back for more.   • 5+ years of experience as an executive chef in a top club, luxury hotel, or an establishment of high reputation
  • Experience in a leadership role within the culinary division in both a restaurant and banquet environment
  • Experience with versatility and complexity of food concepts
  • Solid understanding of the beverage component of the operation as well as how to influence and connect food and beverages
  • Ability to negotiate difficult and conflicting feedback from members
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower staff membersA culinary degree is preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
