• Threeyears clinical experience in trauma/emergency care: Required
• Abilityto establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships: Required
• Abilityto accept and implement change: Required
• Abilityto problem solving make decisions: Required
• Possessionof critical thinking, analytical, teaching/coaching and research skills: RequiredEducation:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Nursing or completed within 2 years of signing JD: RequiredLicense/ Certification
    • RegisteredNurse license by the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners. If compact license held,RN is required to obtain a Texas RN license within 90 days of their hiredate: Required
