join our team who'll be responsible for working closely with
Account Managers and Senior Advisors to ensure the established
service model is delivered to each client in a timely and accurate
manner.This is a hybrid position with in-office flexibility 2-3
days a week.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAct as a point
person for the advisor and our internal team.Ensure that milestones
are met, and client expectations are managed effectively.The
Project Manager first engages as technical support, or a Subject
Matter Expert (SME), in the sales process and remains with the
client and internal team throughout implementation as well as for
ongoing support.What We're Looking ForAbility to lead others within
a collaborative, team-oriented environment.A proven ability to
manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to
detail in a quick-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to
communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all
levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.Must be
an intermediate to advanced Excel user; able to swiftly maneuver
spreadsheets, check and update formulas as necessary, as well as
properly format results for presentations.Experience in delivering
client-focused solutions based on customer needs within tight
deadlines.Education and/or ExperienceCollege degree or equivalent
experience preferredBenefits administration experienceExperience in
