join our team. Product Marketing Manager The Role: The Server
Business Unit is one of the most innovative and fastest growing
business. We are developing products that power critical workloads
for the Enterprise and some of the biggest Clouds in the world.We
are seeking a passionate and skilled Product Marketing Manager to
take our EPYC processor products to the next level. As a Product
Marketing Manager, you will drivesales tools that illustrate the
clear business value of AMD EPYC sever CPUs and technologyin the
data enter. Creating the tools requires clear analysis of multiple
sources of data and interpreting the business value and impact to
customers. The tools are design to help AMD customers choose the
best product for their workload and data center infrastructure
requirements. The Person: We are looking for someone who excels at
finding ways to work smarter, not harder. Are you good at
collecting, sorting, and distilling large amounts of data into
something meaningful that can be communicated to technical and
non-technical audiences? Above all, our new Product Marketing
Manager thrives in dynamic and innovative environments, is
passionate about customer focus, and is skilled at crafting
customer-centric messaging and communication that drives business
growth with strong Excel and database skills. In addition to
product marketing expertise and experience, you will also need the
following skills to succeed in the role: Strong communication
skills, and ability to influence the teams and stakeholders The
ability to build relationships with peers among engineering,
product management, marketing and sales, IT, and other
cross-functional groups. Analytical and rigorous, structured
thinking Demonstrable Excel and SQL proficiency and data modeling
skills A self-starter that can execute and deliver Passion and
interest in enterprise HW, SW and new and disruptive technologies
Strong team player, results oriented, metrics driven and capable of
working in a fast-paced and changing environment Ability to create
and drive the "new and different" - create proposals for
breakthrough ideas, and execute them with peer and cross-functional
teams through leadership, influence, and persistence Organized,
resourceful and planful - the ability to prioritize, get things
done, work on multiple tasks and anticipate and plan around
obstacles Key Responsibilities: This critical role is chartered
with responsibilities including but not limited to: Work with IT
and across organizations to collect, assess, sort and filter a
variety of data for use in a variety of engineering, support, sales
and marketing tools Update and manage complex Excel models, create
clear and concise PowerPoint slides, and deliver sales trainings to
multiple levels of stakeholders. Develop comprehensive messaging,
positioning, product marketing plan and sales enablement assets for
enterprise and commercial client processors, platforms, and
technologies Help develop and create product marketing and GTM
strategies, value propositions, and thought leadership for
commercial client products and opportunities, working in close
collaboration with corporate marketing and sales Develop sales
tools and enablers that support buyer and customer journey (e.g.
presentations, training video content, product/solution guides,
blogs, media briefings, trainings, etc) Understand competitive
environment and position our products and technologies to win Help
develop competitive strategies and execution plan around commercial
segment products and technologies Develop content and help generate
strong momentum ahead of new product launches as well as throughout
the product lifecycle for commercial segment Provide training to
marketing and sales teams as needed - communicate value
proposition, competitive advantage, and winning approach Track and
report to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on
product marketing plan results and successes Preferred Experience:
Demonstrated product/technical marketing experience Proven history
of creating effective messaging, product positioning, marketing
programs, and GTM content Ability to evangelize products and
communicate key benefits to internal and external stakeholders
Creative writer with expertise developing lean and effective
messaging, and presentations. Academic Credentials: Bachelor's
degree in engineering, computer science, or related field MBA or
