Job Description:
Your mission as the Global Analytics & Data Products Team is
looking for a Data leader to join our team. As a thoughtful leader
within the team, your mission is to put the science into decision
making by leading data governance and instrumentation for all
software features.
Priorities can change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so
this role includes, but is not limited to the following
responsibilities:
- Establish and roll out data governance standards, frameworks,
documentation and tools.Implement and carry out standards and
guidelines for data ownership, integrity and accessibility
- Develop, scale, and implement Stellantis' privacy program for
connected vehicles and the resulting privacy policies, procedures
and documentation for the processing of personal data
- Manage policies and procedures for customers, employees and
data breach incident responses, ensuring alignment with the actual
implementation of personal data processing activities
- Ensure the organization maintains the appropriate privacy and
confidentiality consent procedures, authorization forms, and
information notices
- Lead the analytics team's partnership with product and
engineering teams in ensuring that we have the appropriate
instrumentation & measurement in place for all software products,
platforms and features
- Lead the development of technical and organizational
requirements for data products supporting external B2B and B2B2C
customers
- Lead the Software Group's response to privacy-related
emergencies and other potentially damaging events
- Prepare, publish, and present data governance materials to
increase awareness and literacy on data governance projects,
leading practices, technology and partnerships
- Partner with the data security, audit and legal teams to ensure
compliance and hygieneTop Performers will be able to demonstrate:
- A deep working knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, LGPD, CCPA/CPRA,
CPIPL, and other state, federal and international privacy laws,
regulations and industry best practices
- Comprehensive experience with cloud computing, online services,
web applications, and data analytics
- Experience implementing privacy policies in an international
business that engages in business-to-business (B2B) and
business-to-consumer (B2C) transactions
- Knowledge of the analytics needs of multiple functional areas
of a technology business (e.g., engineering, product, data science,
marketing)
- Experience working with large, cross-functional teams spread
across multiple locations
- Comfort with translating ambiguous high-level analytics
questions into concrete engineering asks
- Strong communication skills, especially with technical writing
and executive-level presentations
- Strong leadership skills in the hiring, establishment and
subsequent development of your team's goals, talent, output, and
growth

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Electrical Engineering or related degree field
- 8 years of related experience working as a product manager,
data scientist or data engineer
- Comprehensive experience using Python, SQL, Scala, and
Spark
- Significant experience working with cloud Big Data platforms
(i.e. AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Data Warehouse,
etc.)
- Proactive leadership leads to a positive impact on the team's
culturePreferred Qualifications:
- MA/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a
related technical discipline preferred
- Be active in the industry, recognized for the application of
science within your industry
- Exemplifies multidimensional skill sets - data engineering,
experimentation, software development, etc.
- Being a renowned champion for best practices within the
analytics, data, and engineering teams
- Automotive experience
