The way we interact with our fund's investors, our co-investors, and most of all, our founders, is evolving. Most of all, every country is part of this revolution. What kind of new thinking is required to tackle the next decade?We want you to oversee all brand campaigns and initiatives rolling out globally, optimizing them, and gathering feedback and lessons. You'll work cross-functionally, monitoring and optimizing for customer discovery opportunities, and evolving content and strategies to help build relationships and engagement between 500 Global and its world of stakeholders.What We NeedYou will be reporting into a dynamic global marketing director which we are also hiring at the moment. Expect a 'full stack' experience. You'll be working in tandem with the director, syncing the marketing plan to the business plan to executing legendary campaigns to building our own media empire. We want you to be producing your life's best work in the nexus of consumer marketing, B2B marketing, and directly driving results that take us from a $2.8B AUM firm to a $10B, serving audiences in literally 80 countries.   • Become the go-to expert on the 500 Global customer journey and guide internal teams to ensure the brand experience is innovative, compelling, and consistent.
  • Develop and lead marketing campaigns roadmap and strategy for 500 Global programs, fund products, and portfolio services that drive brand awareness and engagement across channels and regions.
  • Assemble the right resources to deliver against the plan at the right time including overseeing the forecasting and the annual planning process.
  • Manage the day to day operations of the Marketing team (programs marketing, direct response, and marketing coordinators)
  • Lead a global task force of marketing leads from across regions.
  • Manage campaign performance including A/B testing, retargeting, and SEO. Provide assessment and analytics on the performance against firmwide brand objectives quarterly and annually.
  • Share insights and learnings about what audiences care about and how they engage with 500 executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing to ensure campaigns are in line with business and messaging objectives.
  • Work closely with the Director of Communications to optimize press and owned content channels (podcast, blog, social) to achieve campaign goals.
  • Drive outside of the box thinking, bringing innovative approaches and new ideas.
  • Share learnings on effective marketing tactics with the broader marketing team to continue to improve processes and effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
  • In partnership with HR, support the team in ensuring equitable experiences, strengthening inclusion acumen, and promoting a culture of inclusivity and belonging that embraces the contributions of all team members.Requirements
    • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and programs globally.
    • Hands-on self-starter who can lead multiple marketing initiatives independently.
    • Exceptional program management skills with the ability to balance multiple deadlines to deliver campaign objectives with a proactive communication approach
    • Experience working on a small team and wearing many hats
    • Thought leadership campaign conceptualization, promotion, and leadership.
    • You are excited about working in a diverse environment with different types of people from around the world speaking different languages, exhibiting cross-cultural awareness, and understanding.
    • You have the emotional intelligence to corral buy-in, collaboration and excitement from multiple teams across a highly decentralized and remote environmentTechnical Requirements:
      • Direct response digital marketing, including landing pages, split testing, and email marketing campaigns
      • CRMs such as HubSpot, Sales Force.
      • Analytics suites such as Google Analytics
      • Content management systems such as WordPress
      • Paid marketing campaigns such as Google AdWord, Facebook Ads, as well as remarketing
      • Technical expertise in all of the above is a must, as you'd be required to not only use them, but to teach and guide your direct reports on using them.Education & Experience:
        • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.
        • 5+ years professional experience in marketing.
        • 2+ years of experience managing a Marketing Team (either internally or externally).
