Please read more about us at forgerock.com or follow ForgeRock on Twitter at http://www.twitter.com/forgerock.The Role:The Senior People Operations Manager will play an integral role in building a stronger infrastructure to support ForgeRock's growth, through the design and implementation of repeatable & scalable processes throughout the employee lifecycle. This person will be a strong individual contributor & team lead responsible for ensuring process excellence and consistency across the People Operations Team. This role is both a strategic and hands on role that provides full cycle HR support, and has an understanding of our processes globally.Responsibilities:

  • Act as a team lead to six global People Operations Specialists with support from the Director of People Operations
  • Identify, recommend, and lead continuous process improvement initiatives within People Operations to drive efficiencies to enhance the employee experience from hiring through to offboarding
  • Lead compliance initiatives including annual audits and partnership with Privacy & Security teams
  • Collaborate with the broader People Team for both program roll outs, as well as day to day transactions
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of employee data
  • Own immigration processes, with support of People Operations Specialists
  • Design, and enhance employee policies; ensuring they are maintained and reviewed regularly
  • Partner with Senior HR Managers on employment law updates
  • Admin of People Operations Ticketing System ensuring SLAs are met
  • Identify HRIS enhancements to support our processes and partner with Tech team to implementSkills & Qualifications:
    • BA/BS in relevant field
    • 5+ years HR experience
    • Proven ability to analyze and implement processes on a global scale
    • Produces high quality, accurate work
    • Demonstrated project management skills including attention to detail and follow-through
    • Proficient in maintaining electronic employee files and utilizing an HRIS for data management
    • Experience working in a highly matrixed and global organization
    • Highly motivated in nature with an innate sense of urgency and positive can-do attitude
    • Adept at organization and time management with the ability to manage many conflicting priorities
    • Proven ability to build rapport and strong relationships through interpersonal and communication skills
