Meet The Team

Argo is searching for a Chief Diversity Officer to strategically design and manage our Inclusion & Belonging programs for the global organization. This position will report our Chief Corporate Responsibility Officer and will directly manage the U.S. and global Inclusion & Experience team.

What You'll Do

  • Cultivate trusting relationships with the People team and other cross-functional stakeholders, including Executive Leadership that enable the successful delivery of Inclusion, Diversity & Experience initiatives at Argo
  • Strategically design and manage global inclusion programs; implement long term vision for belonging and experience at Argo Responsible for annual Inclusion, Diversity & Experience Plan
  • Maintain oversight of global ID&E programs by directly managing domestic and international People Operations team members
  • Develop and track metrics for measuring the effectiveness of ID&E initiatives partnering with our People Analytics and Insights team
  • Analyze talent demographics while monitoring external and internal data trends and adjust IDB strategies accordingly
  • Oversee global internship and externship programs
  • Oversee external partnerships and keynote speakers
  • Integrate candidate experience programs into organizational Inclusion, Diversity & Experience Programs
  • Oversee, lead and advocate for Argo Resources Groups and drive visible events and initiatives in support of ARGs organizationally
  • Oversee & drive organizational employee experience streams to maintain organizational stability and address key needs around change management and culture
  • Implement and drive critical talent retention and training initiatives. Build and execute against multi-year objectives in coordination with People Development & Business Partnerships
  • Conduct and analyze industry program benchmarking to guide recommendation and approval process for implementation of new programs under areas of responsibility
  • Maintain valuable and results-oriented partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for cross-functional execution & delegation of ID&E Plan OKRs
  • Create and execute against high-impact and strategic People Operations teams OKRs as well deliver collaborative cross-functional objectives
    What You'll Need To Succeed
    • 8-10 years of Human Resources, D&I and program management experience
    • Experience leading a diverse and inclusive team
    • Advanced knowledge of program development in the areas of diversity and inclusion and organizational development and change management
