retail-first wellness brand to a digital-first health innovator.
Restore will provide digital health services like telemedicine and
health coaching that complement the services we provide in our
retail locations to better help our clients achieve their health
goals and improve their health outcomes. These digital health
services will primarily be delivered through Restore's mobile app.
The Telemedicine Product Manager will combine innovation, user
experience and product development skill sets to bring to life our
goal of becoming a technology-enabled health brand with a seamless,
integrated experience in-store, at-home, at-work and online. The
Telemedicine Product Manager will have product ownership of
Restore's Telemedicine Product, defining their strategy and roadmap
and collaborating cross functional teams to take the product from
concept to market.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, user experience
design, innovation, or corporate strategy roles, driving digital
transformation and delivering world-class experiences
- Referenceable portfolio of digital experiences/products that
drove consumer engagement, behavior and loyalty; designing
artificial intelligence-powered experiences a plus
- Referenceable success identifying customer needs and behavior
to inform business strategy, product strategy and/or experience
strategy
- Experience monitoring market trends and developing competitive
experience analyses
- Experience developing and executing the strategy and roadmap
for complex software products with both consumer and back office
touchpoints
- Ability to effectively codify and communicate business, user
experience and product requirements, creating a bridge to
technology implementation and engineering teams
- Experience prioritizing product features and capabilities based
on business priorities, consumer impact and technical
feasibility
- Experience collaborating with experience designers to bring
strategy to life through world-class design
- Experience defining success KPIs and achieving measurable
ROI
- Demonstrated ability to excel in an innovative, startup-like,
fast-paced environment, with rapid exploration and ability to
execute
- Ability to manage an agile/scrum process
- Demonstrable success in managing and collaborating with
stakeholders across the organization vertically and
horizontally
- Demonstrable success leading multiple high-impact,
cross-functional projects simultaneously
- People leadership and management experience, inspiring
confidence and action in teams and executives
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with telemedicine products in a regulated healthcare
