Who We Are
Conexess is a full-service staffing firm offering contract,
contract-to hire, and direct placements. We have a wide range of
recruiting capabilities extending from help desk technicians to
CIOs. We are also capable of offering project-based work.
Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search
for a Healthcare Product Manager in a remote capacity. This is a
long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities
Creates and supports product vision for the Agile Release Train and
leads/supports product development strategies to drive membership
and earnings growth.
Provides guidance and mentorship to other Product Managers and
provides input into their features as needed.
Partners with and independently navigates matrix
partners/organizations such as Finance, Marketing, Business
Operations, Pharmacy, Network, Segment/Sales Leaders, Compliance
and IT, Product and Business Operations to identify new features
that will result in increased membership/earnings.
Fully understands customer needs (proposes, influences and shapes
market research, can turn customer insights into action), external
environmental influences, and competitive offerings and provides
key input to the feature roadmap.
Identifies and leads tactics to maximize product advantages
bringing brand management mentality to owned features.
Independently develops business and marketing plans for features
released to market, including business readiness and implementation
strategies.
Develops minimally marketable features to obtain commitment during
PI Planning.
Leads the program backlog prioritization process to ensure features
are appropriately prioritized.
Participates in the innovation process representing customer
insights/needs, brainstorming/out of the box thinking to identify
solutions, developing concepts and launching/monitoring pilots and
results.
Supports System Architect in the development and prioritization of
enablers, and the identification of constraints, guidelines, and
non-functional requirements as they relate to owned features.
Provides product/marketplace direction throughout the PI, and
serves as the voice of the market for the ART.
Represents the ART to external stakeholders, teams, and
suppliers.
Ensures stakeholders are knowledgeable of new and/or changes in
priorities on a timely basis and equipped to deliver value
proposition and key differentiating points.
Defines clear and concise acceptance criteria by leading
cross-functional experts from data evaluation through to
sign-off.
Supports measurement initiatives and provides input into defining
minimally-viable products and incremental value opportunities as
epics.
Supports Release Train Engineer in scope management, risk
management, financial management, communication management, and PI
Planning materials.
Qualifications:
Strategic and creative thinker with ability to think outside the
box and translate strategies and customer insights into
actions/features/implementation
Experience working in the healthcare industry
Agile, flexible and dynamic
Excellent project management skills with a strong understanding of
business processes and operations
Proven ability to tie together complex issues and implement
solutions to meet the needs of the global matrix
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
with strong sense of urgency
Proven ability to independently navigate areas and manage projects
that are outside current area of expertise.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure/service concepts is a
plus
