Job Description:
As manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily
operations of the restaurant. You should prioritize outstanding
guest service and will be responsible for sourcing, hiring and
developing team members. You'll be expected to provide a safe work
environment and ensure all standards and procedures are followed.
Our company prides itself on work/life balance and only requires
salaried managers to work 45 hours per week. We pay competitively
based on experience and are willing to train the right candidate.
Two consecutive days off per week are the standard and we give two
weeks of paid vacation per year after the first 6 months of
employment. We are currently looking to hire a Floor Manager and a
Kitchen Manager.
