ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Develop and implement a structured CNA curriculum for all Regency CNA classes Develop strategies, approaches, and activities aimed at retaining students and improving attendance and employment Train and advise Regency CNA Instructors on teaching best practices Conduct Monthly CNA class visits Ensure the CNA program is in compliance with NATP requirements; ensure the rigorous standards of the scientific process are met when reviewing the Nurse Aide Training program materials compared to state regulatory requirementsAssist in program re-approval and annual audit documentationAble to devise, develop, collect and analyze statistical information and reportsDemonstrated professional knowledge and operational expertise within designated area of program focusReview and provide feedback on delivery method, instructional materials, learning activities, and assessment tools of new nurse aide training curriculum based on state regulations and approvalsCollaborate with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams on program best practices, recruitment, retention, and results QualificationsMINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education in related field in preferredActive RN or LVN license in the state of Texas with no restriction is preferred MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Three (3) years in long-term care setting as a Nurse is preferredOne (1) or more years of experience as a CNA Instructor and/or supervising Nurse Aides is preferred PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Previous experience with program development and coordinationPrevious experience in higher educationKnowledge of federal and state regulations for Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation ProgramExperience in developing curriculum, regulatory approval process, and content delivery of Nurse Aide Training, recent within past 3 yearsUnderstand blended training/solutions, learning management systems (LMS)Able to work remotely, good time management skills, task oriented, and deadline drivenRegency Integrated Health Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
