Job DescriptionThis is a 100% Remote position. Our client is a well-funded, hyper-growth consumer fin-tech / mobile app startup that is looking for a hands-on, creative, and resourceful Product Manager to join them in changing the financial path for over 150 million Americans.What we are looking forWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to direct product development and ensure a high return on investment (ROI.) You'll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish. To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver. • Work with a variety of stakeholders to collect and document business requirements for additional features and functionality in the mobile app. Collaborate with engineering and customer-facing teams (i.e. marketing and customer success) to ensure viability and customer focus of proposed modifications.
• Communicate product objectives and priorities with product-engineering teams to deliver the product roadmap effectively. ( We are looking for people to own the product )
• Create appropriate product deliverables (user stories, epics, etc.) to aid in feature development.
• Be a part of the product engineering team and serve as the day-to-day resource for product on that team.
• Assist incident management by collaborating with engineering, product, and customer success teams to determine the root cause through resolution.
• Effectively own and drive well thought out and research Product ideas through the business Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role ( We ideally feel 3 years + would be required ). Experience working on Mobile Apps is preferred.
  • Someone who is user-focused when developing products and also willing to dig into the analytics too.
  • Organizational and leadership abilities, and the ability to influence different parts of the business regarding the product development
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and a strong ability to champion your ideas (and your peers) in discussions and presentations.
  • Comfortable working in an agile, yet pragmatic startup environment balancing quality, speed, and practicality when building and releasing software.
  • A willingness to grow and learn in your role and help others grow in theirs. Everyone on our team is both a student and a teacher.Preferred Qualifications
    • Background in software development or Product Management/Design
    • Comfortable with data - Mixpanel, Snowflake, SQL, Qlik, Jira
    • Familiarity with Agile framework Bonus
