Job Description
As a DEI Operations & Special Projects Senior Manager, you will
support the Americas DEI center of excellence driving the overall
DEI evolution at dentsu international and its integrated network of
agencies. You will report to the Americas SVP of DEI Operations
with a dotted line into the Head of Partnerships & Communities, and
will work closely with the Business Resource Group Communities
Lead. This role will support organization and effectiveness across
the DEI team, including driving research and best practices as part
of the new DEI Intelligence function, creating thought leadership,
shaping our DEI narrative and client responses, project managing
our annual DEI Report, guiding agendas and content for key
meetings, helping to manage internal and external partner
relationships, working closely with our Business Resource Groups,
and will also be the primary liaison between DEI and Communications
team involving DEI-specific and company-wide communications and
website content.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $83K-100K. Salary
is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant
experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications,
