You'd be responsible for understanding talent acquisition needs across the organization, leading a team of recruiters, and developing lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities.
Lead a team of recruiters to hire top talent and achieve monthly and quarterly hiring goals
Learn Kizen's business and the talent market inside and out in order to develop a plan to exceed our hiring goals
Ensure the Kizen team has the tools and resources to be successful throughout the recruiting process
Share and exchange information with all levels of management including your evaluation of the candidates and salary recommendations
Seek creative sourcing options for finding the best candidates for Kizen
Provide an engaging experience for every candidate from application stage to offer
Close candidates by partnering with executive management, and other groups/hiring managers as necessary

Required Qualifications.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
3 years of experience recruiting for technical profiles, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
Experience closing top tech talent in competitive markets, building and driving talent sourcing initiatives, and discussing compensation packages
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
Exceptional collaboration, organizational, time management, attention to detail, and communication skills
The ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to a quickly changing environment
Driven and self-motivated with a track record of relentlessly excellent support

Preferred Qualifications.
5+ years of experience recruiting for technical profiles, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
3+ years of experience working directly in SaaS industry in Austin or other competitive talent markets
Experience closing executive level candidates

The base salary range for this role is $130,000-$180,000, along with equity and opportunities for significant bonus for top performance.
