Who You Are:Just Global is seeking a Business Development Director, who will be responsible for expanding new client success with some of the largest and most innovative B2B and technology brands in the world. This individual will lead the relationship throughout the new business process, while partnering with our marketing team driving sales initiatives. The Business Development Director is an integral part of the sales process and will lead the business development process and own collaboration & coordination among many internal departments to drive new business for continued agency growth at a period of accelerated growth.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Work side by side with senior leaders in crafting a strategy to win and pitch new business while also rolling up your sleeves to manage timelines and craft client-facing deliverables
  • Analyze RFP and new business requirements to develop a project plan for final proposal submission, including key dates, case studies, references, and work samples
  • Lead Just Globals pitch process to include coordinating entire lifecycle of proposal (e.g., coordinate kickoff and subsequent meetings, track proposal development, and lead the creation of any presentations, spec creative, assignments, etc.)
  • Leverages understanding of agency services and knowledge of client work across our network of offices to assemble, edit, and author (where appropriate) client-ready case studies, proposal, and presentation materials
  • Own quality control of all pitch deliverables ensuring content aligns with client requirements
  • Determine items that are behind schedule; identify barriers to progress, and plan and implement effective and efficient problem-solving and corrective action plans
  • Assist with updating/maintaining pitch and new business development materials
  • Team up with Just Global finance and pricing teams to build financial models as they relate to new initiatives and opportunities
  • Work with marketing to support on-going initiatives driving sales initiatives
  • Position requires flexibility, attention to detail, time management, creativity, and enthusiasm as well as the ability to work and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels across various agency capabilities
  • Represent agency at various exhibitions, events, and trade fairs

    • Ability to manage up, interface with senior executives, and build relationships across multiple disciplines and offices
    • Effective project management skills to manage multiple projects with varying priorities
    • Experience leading conference calls and virtual presentations with internal & external clients
      • 5-7+ years of digital marketing/advertising experience.
