We're looking for an experienced people leader to join our rapidly growing Customer Success Team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and leading a world-class CS team to manage our Enterprise customer base. This is an opportunity to make your mark on a top-performing CS organization during MongoDB's most exciting phase as we scale the team and program to meet our ambitious company goals. You'll make a massive impact on the careers of your team members while growing your own career alongside a close-knit group of CS leaders across the global CS organization.

Key Responsibilities
Recruiting: Identify and recruit top-talent to scale your team
Talent development: Grow your people by delivering effective feedback, coaching, enablement, and recognition
Program building: Design and execute strategic initiatives aimed at evolving the global CS program and increasing retention, expansion, and adoption
Execution: Enable your team to achieve by organizing around a set of key performance indicators to deliver against quarterly and long-term targets

Our ideal candidate will have
Experience growing and managing a team of CS professionals
Experience working with large and complex customers
Familiarity with full stack development, DevOps, and databases is a plus
A high level of organization in your workflows. To manage and execute effectively, you'll need to be a master of prioritization and time management
The ability to build strong stakeholder relationships with peer leaders across various teams and influence decisions
An adaptive spirit
You embrace change and aren't scared to challenge the status quo

This role is remote optional until January 10, 2022, we are looking to speak to candidates who plan to be available in Austin for when we introduce our hybrid model.
