The Program Manager will report to the SVP, Program Management
Office and Producer Compensation. As a Program Manager with Kestra
Financial, Inc. you will manage of all aspects of different
projects within the broker dealer. You will help provide programs
that support the organizations strategic plans and vision. You will
work with business sponsors, technical sponsors and all other
supporting functions to provide high-quality deliverables that meet
Manage all projects constraints, with focus on scope, time, risk,

Manage many different sized project teams in a matrix-structured

Presentation and meeting facilitation
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
5+ years of project management experience, including the use of
project plans and issue logs.
Project management experience relative to software development
Financial services experience
Smartsheets, JIRA, and Confluence
Experience with at least 4 full life cycle projects, from analysis
Familiarity with .NET framework.
Desktop and Internet-based applications.
PMP or obtain within 2 months of hire.
Project Management Certification beneficial.
