PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES---The candidate shall undertake independent responsibility of a multiple locations/cities and organize/drive people capability enhancement initiatives - - - - - - ---The potential candidate must be able to conduct training needs identification analysis keeping in view business requirements pertinent to process / function, conceptualize solutions and programs, execute the same within given time-lines and demonstrate effectiveness - - - - - - ---The specific responsibilities include the following : - - - - - Driving nominations for programs in locations and ensuring participation across locations for these products basis calendar - - - - - - Closely monitor and drive nominations / participation (engagement numbers) for specific location(s)/cities/projects basis business requirement - - - - - Understanding audience requirements, content modification basis needs' analysis, design document review, conducting TTT, ensuring program quality for these products are integral aspects - - - - - - Documentation of reporting on participation (process-wise and BU wise / function wise / project wise) for the programs conducted in the location to be shared with backoffice - - MIS team within the next 24 hours of program conduct. Create reports as and when required. - - - - - 12-14 man-days of training delivery per month towards assigned training programs. The training deployment of these products shall be, largely, in accordance with the calendar drawn for the quarter duly approved. Desired feedback rating for these programs should be equal to or greater than 4.5 - - - - - The man-days indicated shall, however, not include participation in TTT, program sit-throughs and Boot Camps for 'Trainers Development' - - - - - Design and Development of new training programs (comprising development of FG, PG, Slides, customization tools, simulations and case-studies) as well as modifications/revamp for existing programs in various bands - - - - - Ready to travel extensively (5 to 10 days a month) across cities Handle projects and have connect with leadership of the respective projects Exceptional writing skills with a knack for storytellingGood knowledge of MS office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel and ability to design on PowerPointRoles & Responsibilities:Qualifications:CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIREDCreative, innovative and the ability to think beyond the traditional frameworkResilient and adaptable to change, as the nature of our work and assignments evolve to meet business needsStrong listening skills with a proven ability to assess issues and then influence stakeholders to take desired actionsAbility to effectively collaborate with coworkers and subject matter experts to achieve stronger outcomesAble to balance multiple priorities and work well independently and with teams, both in-person and virtually.
