Services Project Management Consultant Location: Remote United States (East Coast Preferred) It takes something special to drive the development and implementation of new and exciting products and services. That's a job for our Services Project and Program Management team within Professional Services. The team works closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams. Together, they manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects - from design to delivery. What you'll achieve As a Business Transformation Program Manager, you will provide key leadership to the organization on global initiatives involving cross-functional teams focused on the execution of technology solutions as well as business performance. You will: * Establish and implement project management best practices that support the vision and drive the business outcomes * Manage a portfolio of highly complex detailed projects that are delivered with desired business outcomes, with a high quality of service and operational performance * Inform, manage, report and practice mitigation/avoidance/acceptance of dependency and impact management via a consistent program approach and communications * Establish and maintain a strong and seamless relationship with the team by maintaining communications about the project portfolio and status risks, trends, and opportunities * Manage ongoing relationships with stakeholders, influential business functional teams, partners and other influencers to set expectations and secure endorsement of program initiative objectives * Present updates and recommendations to executives and other key business stakeholders Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
