  • Provide day-to-day management support of partnership entities (i.e. Joint Ventures) Keller Williams Core Values Responsibility
    • Every member of the Keller Williams leadership team is responsible for leading and modeling diverse, equitable, and inclusive practices in the workplace relative to hiring, promoting, paying, and managing people. Leaders are expected to treat all people with civility, respect and dignity, and demonstrate the ten core values that form our belief system. Essential Job Functions and Basic Duties
      • The Sr Director of Partnership Operations oversees the day-to-day operations, production, processes, and controls for Keller Williams Partnership entities (i.e. joint ventures). Process Owner
        • Own and maintain Joint Venture (JV) Policies, procedures, process maps, training curriculum, manuals, and technology setup documentation. Manage Keller Mortgage process change implementation to the JVs
        • Manage templates utilized by JVs (Operating Plans, P&L/Budgets) Production Management/Oversight
          • Maintain prospect list data
          • Manage JV creation, expansion and consolidation
          • Review daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly JV production / performance
          • o Coach through issues
          • o Determine when JVs should consider adjusting ownership structure
          • Manage JV issues, disputes bother with consumers and vendors
          • Manage JV ownership transfer review & approval Business Controls
            • Identify technology solutions and reporting mechanisms to allow the JVs to monitor compliance and regulatory risks
            • Implement processes to oversee JV execution of established compliance processes Minimum Qualifications
              • Experience managing a team that are assigned to contribute as a member of one/multiple cross-functional teams
              • Strong leadership skills with experience in dynamic environments with shifting priorities
              • Strong interpersonal skills with presence and the ability to clearly communicate with senior management, peers, and team members.
              • Work with limited direction, usually within a complex environment, to drive fact-based recommendations to senior management, while supporting syndication with stakeholders across the team.
              • Ability to work accurately with a sense of urgency, and deliver under tight deadlines/time frames.
              • Strong strategic and critical thinker with the ability to make decisions.
              • Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
              • Advanced level of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required Minimum Experience and Education
                • 10 years' experience in Mortgage either operations, product management, vendor management and/or compliance
                • 2 years' experience managing mortgage audits, business controls and risk frameworks
                • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
                • Preferred - Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) from the Mortgage Bankers Association
                • Preferred - Experience leading a team of direct reports Certifications Required

                    • Keyboarding
                    • Viewing computer monitor
                    • Work is performed in a business office environment. Occasional travel by car or plane to other locations or conference sites for meetings.
