Job Description:

We are looking for Senior Sales Professionals to join our team in the New York area and Austin, Texas. This will be the first set of Director Level positions on the ground and will be key in building the Talentful North American presence. This is an individual contributor role to continue the exceptional growth we've experienced and will be positioned for limited people management and/or player/coach if desired. Lot's of growth ahead! Responsibilities

  • Meet / exceed all sales quotas
  • Create and drive revenue within a specified region
  • Develop account plans for new relationships
  • Responsible for navigating through an enterprise organization to connect multiple buyers and influencers
  • Develop strategic territory business plan
  • Generate leads from trade shows and regional networking events
  • Possess a full understanding of customers' specific decision-making and purchasing process
  • Develop and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotas
  • Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, and competitors

    • Proven track record selling enterprise software or solutions into large/complex accounts
    • Exceptional professional presence and business acumen
    • MBA a plus
