The Leader and Organizational Effectiveness team drives outstanding organizational and team performance through world-class programming and learning experiences; keeping a pulse on employee sentiment; and strong talent planning and performance management strategies paired with continuous feedback and employee recognition.
The Manager of Executive Learning ensures best-in-class service to Indeed's senior leaders by delivering individual, team and group learning solutions. You work cross-functionally and collaboratively to design solutions that address high-need areas and drive team performance. You partner with Coaches and the Leadership Programs team to deliver programming within Indeed's leadership development ecosystem. You are a master at both face-to-face and virtual facilitation, and you understand that there is a marked difference between the two.
This role requires that you have deep expertise in: leadership development; senior-level team and group facilitation; and coaching. You must have a strong ability to move fluidly between individual and team needs, and take a systems approach to team development and group facilitation. You must have a passion for growing and developing others.
This role reports to the Director of Leader and Organizational Effectiveness.
Responsibilities Support the development of Indeed's senior leaders by providing one-on-one, team and group development learning solutions
Collaborate with the Lead Learning Architect, HRBP Team, DIB Team, and business leaders to:
Leverage data and relationships to continuously assess and prioritize professional development needs across teams
Propose inclusive learning solutions that are aligned with Indeed's strategic and fiscal priorities, and gain buy-in for those solutions
Develop and facilitate leadership offsites, and work with new leaders as they integrate with their teams
Establish standards and practices to measure, report and enhance learning solution effectiveness and impact, including utilizing industry data, trends and benchmarks
Ensure learning solutions work to support other key L&D programming and HR processes including: talent planning, manager development, career development, and leadership development.
Support leaders in curating and creating custom development plans and provide ongoing support during their development journey
Manage scheduling, communication, execution, tracking, and reporting of learning solutions
Support the rollout of leadership programming as it relates to senior leader development, inclusive of Succession Programming and High-Potential Programming
Support the Coaching @ Indeed team in delivering New Leader Integrations and conducting leadership assessments debriefs when needed
Partner with talent professionals, DI&B and HR Business Partners to understand regional, functional, and cultural nuances in order to inform solutions development

Who You Are
Experience 8+ years of facilitation and content development experience with at least 5 of those dedicated to facilitating to senior leaders, executives, and their teams
5+ years of progressive experience in employee learning and development, inclusive of designing and driving high-impact learning solutions for senior leaders and executives
3+ years of people management experience
Consulting with and coaching senior level leaders
Working in partnership with HRBPs and executives to implement and measure learning solutions that accelerate performance and address critical skills gaps for the company's top teams and senior-level leaders
Leadership assessment debriefs (individual and team), inclusive of 360s
Working in a growing, continually changing tech environment

Knowledge Advanced facilitation best-practices; Relationship System Intelligence; team coaching
Leadership development trends, tools, frameworks, and assessments
Agile Product Management principles and methods and their application to the development of talent programs

Skills Influencing outcomes by building strong partnerships and trust with stakeholders (both virtually and face-to-face) through communication, reliability, expertise, and listening before offering helpful suggestions
Using data effectively: conduct client needs analyses, use aggregate data to inform learning solution development, measure progress, and support overall ROI strategy
Effectively managing change and shifting gears comfortably; highly effective in ambiguous environments and able to produce maximum results with little direction and guidance
Communicating effectively across mediums and with diverse audiences, with emphasis on senior-level audiences
Ability to execute independently and handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Coaching certification a plus but not required

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Austin 94,000 - 130,000 USD per year
