Your JobAs a product owner within SMB (small-medium size business) Monetization, you will be at the forefront of improving the value our small and medium business employers get from our paid product. This role will go beyond driving revenue for Indeed - It will help build experiences and features that bring employers closer to their hiring goals. In this role, you'll help shape the future of our paid product for growing audiences and be expected to set ambitious goals for your product and team, own the roadmap, build trust across functions and teams, and deliver significant impact.You will:

• Build roadmaps that lead your teams to successfully deliver against OKRs
• Help to develop a vision and strategy for the Indeed's Monetization Products
• Work to align this vision among many stakeholders inside and outside of our business unit
• Be accountable for the results of this strategyWho You AreWho You Are
  • 3-5 years of product management (or similar) experience at a B2B, B2C, or Marketplace company
  • A PM who is interested in driving revenue and providing the value to back it up
  • Strong track record of influencing colleagues and executives
  • Ability to develop simple solutions and guide your team to be more effective and productive
  • Outstanding data analysis skills (SQL is preferred) and ability to make data-driven business decisions
  • Experience working with remote teams is a plus

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
