Microsoft's Cloud business is experiencing explosive growth, and the Capacity, Supply Chain & Provisioning (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the infrastructure underlying this growth. Our mission is to deliver the world's computer with an industry-leading supply chain. CSCP is responsible for strategic sourcing, customer demand forecasting, capacity planning and management, supply chain planning and execution, capacity provisioning, and decommissioning and dispositioning of datacenter assets worldwide. The Strategy and Transformation group within CSCP works across the supply chain to drive key systems infrastructure initiatives toward the goal of achieving a best-in-class supply chain for Microsoft's cloud. The Transformation Office is the operational center of that effort, including both the business operations of the Strategy and Transformation group as well as the Transformation PMO which supports project owners across teams with standards and practices for PM excellence. Required Qualifications * 5+ years of business program management, business operations, consulting, or equivalent experience * 2+ years of experience in managing large, complex, matrixed budgets * Strong expertise as a Power user of OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and communication technologies Preffered Qualifications * Impeccable attention to detail and a relentless focus on execution with the highest degree of quality * Outstanding project management skills to organize a busy workload and deliver projects on time * Ability to partner with cross-functional teams in highly matrixed and global environment * Excellent written and interpersonal communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work with a variety of people across the organization, including senior leaders, individual contributors, and support staff * Ability to translate ideas into clear, high impact communications * Ability to excel in an ambiguous environment and effectively triage several competing priorities * Excellent problem structuring, identification, and resolution; * Ability to influence across functional teams (e.g. engineering, operations) and at senior leadership/executive levels; and Ability to maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage the rhythm of business (ROB), including all-hands, staff meetings, business reporting, etc. to help the business run smoothly and effectively. * Drive the end-to-end headcount planning and budget processes. * Identify opportunities to reduce time to hire through all phases of hiring, and work to find ways to address in partnership with managers, Talent Acquisition, and CSCP executive office. * Demonstrate discretion and professionalism when working with leadership team on sensitive business and organizational issues, manage ambiguity, and propose workable solutions to challenging problems. * Build financial, headcount, and KPI reports with meaningful and insightful commentary and analysis to enable the organization to operate effectively. * Track performance against budget and forecast and identify potential risks and opportunities through variance and trend analysis. * Manage organizational health by orchestrating programs and activities that drive culture and positively impact morale and WHI. * Be prepared to own and drive special programs and team specific special initiatives. * Provide managerial support to identify business opportunities, solve complex problems and optimize business performance.
