The experience we would expect the ideal person to deliver is:The Digital Marketing Manager role at SunPower will be responsible for developing and executing the channel strategy for our third-party vendor portfolio of lead generation partnerships. This includes sales and account management-related functions. The main objective of this role is to increase top-of-funnel lead generation efforts while remaining conscious of conversion and cost KPIs through the lead funnel. This individual will inherit an existing portfolio of vendors and be responsible for evaluating and vetting new potential partners to optimize the channel.Experience:* 2+ years of B2B account management experience (required)* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (required)* Previous track record of managing multimillion-dollar ad budgets with strict KPI targets (required)* Experience within the lead generation industry (required)* Business Development experience* Residential solar experience a plus* Salesforce experience strongly preferred* Direct digital marketing experience preferredDuties:* Vetting and onboarding new lead vendors* Optimizing each lead vendor on conversion efficiency and cost KPIs* Managing vendor payments* Forecasting channel potential and committing to the budget request* Drive leads in key geographies with the ability to pivot quickly as these priorities change on a weekly basis* Understand how these leads perform all the way through the sales funnel
