We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Solution Technology to join us. As an ideal candidate, you'll be a born leader with previous leadership experience. You're an expert communicator with a strong ability to delegate responsibilities and collaborate across a wide range of departments. --- Evangelize Everise Technology solutions to potential clients and existing clients and Everise internal customer's
--- Investigate and understand potential technology solutions for clients, existing clients and Everise internal customer's--
--- Work close with and Assist the sales teams in driving revenue using DX and other technology solutions--
--- Develop and deploy packages of technology and sales solutions for easier consumption by the sales teams--
--- Develop and deploy processes around digital deployment and onboarding.--
--- Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.--
--- Performs other related duties as assigned.--

--- Ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities across a variety of disciplines - with a focus on driving results. Strong influence and relationship management skills are a must, as well as the ability to effectively work in a high matrix environment with internal teams (regional offices, finance, technology, and revenue management), as well as third parties.--
--- Strong leadership skills - proven ability to lead and motivate a team to drive results, as well as the ability to provide Global Governance with solid executive disposition.--
--- Developed strategic thinker employing the ability to think systematically and strategically applying opportunities to various business objectives--
--- Strong passion for digital and the engagement of potential customers, building out best practices and constantly being curious about what's next in the space--

--- As part of the enterprise-wide Digital Transformation team and working directly with the CXO leadership team, position to be working as a Digital Technology Architect as the business looks to deliver major solutions to its external clients.
--- An Engineering/IT leader to promote the IT systems transformation program delivery for our Business and Evangelise new Tech. Everise is currently focused on multiple facets of evolving the IT landscape:
keys areas for the Digital Experience will include--
--- Build a new 'digital proposal' system for new client onboarding.. which will identify areas like Customer Experience, Drive Value creation using visual and data analytical tools, and Self service options resulting in Call avoidance--
--- Build Digital Channels designed to enhance the client experience and also enable the Relationship Management and Sales teams to be able to develop the growth strategies and increase their portfolios on DX side of the offerings
--- To work closely with the CIO, CDO , COOand Sales leaders on new opportunities and Client proposals.
--- Strong experience in Program Management experience will be essential as we look to pivot IT solutions organization for the future state of the business.
--- Key responsibilities will include
--- - DX Portfolio Management, Digital Architecture, Digital Governance and Program and Project Management implementation of DX solutions
--- Managing a team of solution Architects who will work on RFP responses. Also, provide competitive DX/IT solution matching the needs of Business solutions offered by Everise
--- Responsible for managing the team of Architects which ensures the availability of the right services that can be integrated with the Core systems.--
--- Responsible for the continuous process of evaluation of new technology and keeping the portfolio of DX offerings ready per the market needs --- Customer facing solutions program design (Experience, technology stack and go-to-market cross-sell etc. strategy), with a goal to rationalize and build a solid Digital solution, competitive in the market.
--- Preferred: API strategy to support the business' transition to Everise from legacy point-to-point architecture, building out the Custom/full-stack and Cloud/Native applications development processes
--- Preferred: Experience in Simplifying back-end, core systems architecture and rationalize where applicable by moving to Cloud-native/reusable services architecture

Requirements:-- --- Bachelor of Science Degree required MS or MBA preferred
--- Minimum 15 years of experience in Software Development leadership role required
--- Minimum 5 years of experience in BPM services required--
--- Minimum 10 years of experience managing large team of employees--
--- 8+ years senior leadership role in the appropriate field--
--- Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including sales, customer service, project management, and employee management--
--- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills--
--- Ability to successfully communicate both verbally and in writing--
--- Demonstrate sound business judgment and decision-making skills--
--- Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines--
