Job Description As part of an ongoing transformation and commitment to its existing customer base, Forcepoint is investing in its customer retention and renewals team. The Head of Global Sales Operations supports the Global Renewals Sales team through the provision of business partnership, data insights, measurement systems and process definition. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to firstly establish the metrics and management system for the renewals business and define common processes and procedures (including tool integration) to better serve our customers and deliver on financial and operational targets. Defining and establishing lagging and leading metrics and measurement systems for financial as well as customer retention and health. Put in place a framework of common processes and tools in addition to ongoing process improvement programs to drive sales productivity. Drive strategic initiatives and support the development of mid/long-term strategies to meet increased contract renewal profitability objectives. Support future financial and operational planning for the Global Renewals organisation. Evaluate and assess areas for efficiency and profitability improvement in both structure, approach and process. Key Skills/Experience 5+ years of experience in a global role with exposure to renewals. Strong understanding of modern SaaS retention metrics. Ability to navigate details of data (Excel, Tableau) and delve into the details of analytics to establish trends, benchmarks, and metrics. Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey complex scenarios, metrics in a simple way that can be broadly understood. Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt styles from individual contributors to senior executives. Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, BI, HR, CSO, with a focus on remote collaboration. Strong project management skills and ability to take tasks from identification of problem, through definition and ultimately communication of go-forward solution. Ability to formulate solutions to complex problems and prioritise critical, long-term-benefit items first. Process-driven mindset with a focus on establishing and enabling common best practice across Global Renewals Sales team. Strong understand and experience of implementing retention specific functionality in SFDC and associated toolsets. We are mission driven.
