We are growing and have projects we need help withWhy join us?We offer competitive pay, benefits, and lots of opportunities to grow for those looking to take their skills to the next level.Job DetailsPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities Pre-Construction Provide construction input to design professionals Pre-development input of construction techniques and costProvide oversight for value engineering for all pre-development projectsEstablishment of all final construction documents, schedules, and budgetsManage options list and provide coordination and accurate pricing of eachAssist estimating department with providing qualified trades for the bidding processCoordinate with plans, specs, and bids to finalize subcontractor scopesManage compilation of GC provided GMP documentsCourse Of Construction Responsible for individual projects from start to finishOversee the preparation of weekly monthly reports on project progressOrganize and run project meetingsRegularly update the project schedule with Project ManagerManage subcontractor change ordersReview and approve entire subcontractor's and supplier's pay requestAnalyze job costs and manage the project to the closing budgetLog and distribute new project documentationResolve subcontractor disputes Provide documentation and direct Contract Manager in compiling subcontracts and purchase ordersOversee project setupProvide assistance to Vice President in all legal matters related to assigned projectsOversight on a day to day of all on-site construction activitiesEvaluate the performance of project team membersEnsure project and subs are in compliance with company safety standardsPromote safety on assigned projects and evaluate subcontractor's work to monitor compliance with company safety standardsPost-Construction Completion and close-out of the project and the acceptance of each project by the OwnerAddress the warranty issues and complete final documentationAssist Safety Director by representing the Company on OSHA inspections when necessaryProvide Safety Director with reports on projects when necessary3 - 5 plus years of Project Management experience within the Ground-Up Multifamily space 3 - 5 plus years of General Contracting / Owner-Builder Experience Recent Ground-Up Multifamily Construction experience Wrap Style Building, Podium, or Garden Style type of Multifamily Structures experienceKnowledge of construction building codesAbility to communicate verbally and in writingKnowledge of construction estimating and scheduling practicesMust demonstrate managerial skills appropriate with this positionMust be PC proficientInterested in hearing more?
