If this sounds like your type of environment, we are eager to speak to you!-- ROLE SUMMARY We are looking for an experienced leader to drive the overall search strategy for Everlywell. This role will be responsible for owning and scaling the current search team and strategy, including SEO and SEM. You will own both the technical and content development/distribution side of onsite and offsite SEO and will be focused on persona-based content strategies targeting the highest value search opportunities, as well as continuing pushing the envelope of our SEM strategy including everything from keyword to landing page strategy. You'll join a team of passionate and mission-driven marketers striving to make lab testing affordable and accessible for everyone. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and will manage our internal search team and external agencies. What You'll Do:

• Create and drive overall SEO strategy for Everlywell, in partnership with agencies, product, engineering, clinical, and marketing stakeholders
• Continually leverage SEO learning for SEM growth, and vice versa
• Continually understand true incrementality of SEM spend, and optimize towards lowest cost acquisition
• Deeply understand both what our prospective customers are searching for, as well as what our current audience is interested in to drive engagement and growth within our owned social media pages
• Become the in-house expert at for Everlywell for website page structure, optimizing for organic search and conversion.
• Consistently facilitate detailed keyword research to inform Everlywell's content strategy and drive ongoing page optimization
• Drive off-site SEO strategy in partnership with external agencies (i.e. link building, toxic link cleanup etc...)
• Make sure that we are performing consistent SEO audits and utilize learnings to drive actionable requirements for product and engineering teams
• Partner with the data team to level up data consumption and analysis for search to help better understanding the multi-dimensional value each brings to the growth of the company
• Maintain ongoing measurement of organic search KPI's Who You Are:
  • 6+ years experience in SEO, SEM and content marketing, ideally for a direct to consumer company
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience in both technical and editorial SEO
  • Know the google landscape in and out - and understand the relationship between SEM & SEO
  • Experience in landing page creation and optimization-based off keyword intent
  • You are obsessed with search, and continually staying ahead of trends and opportunities within the search landscape.
  • You are technical, analytical, and empathetic to the customer's wants and needs.
  • Proven track record of delivering major business impact through search
  • Strong communicator both up and down
  • Strong analytical skills, with prior experience leveraging web analytics platforms (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.) to inform tactical decisions and strategy
  • Comfort in collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
