ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Develop a strong understanding of Motive solutions and impact on
our customer?s business operations and metrics
? Develop a strong understanding of the Motive reporting
? Work as part of consulting deployment teams to drive reporting
requirements elaboration and documentation.
? Generate standard monthly reports, dashboards, and scorecards to
support our contractual account obligations.
? Develop complex value models based on data analysis and ROI
? Support ad-hoc requests for extracts and analysis of data from
deployed and hosted Motive software.
? Provides summarized data and information for inclusion in
executive level management updates and presentations.
? Communication with clients including requirements gathering and
presentation of analysis results.
? Understands and provides input into client?s direction, reporting
solution, and database structure(s).
? Testing and data validation of reporting and/or database
? Exceptional analytical and business intelligence problem solving
skills to evaluate business problems and apply applications
knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
? Ability to dissect, learn, and document existing reporting and/or
? Self-starter; ability to work independently.
? Good interpersonal skills; effective team player.
? Excellent communication skills including oral, written and
presentation. Proficiency with business intelligence tools.
? Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry a
