Senior Manager, Sales Programs- Dell Synergy Acceleration Team

good, are you ready to help us?! Business Summary: The VMware Dell
Synergy Acceleration Team (DSAT) are seeking a highly motivated,
results-oriented Sales Program Manager to drive strategic programs
and projects. Reporting to the Senior Director of Worldwide GTM,
Enablement and Activation, this senior-level program manager will
be responsible for developing, governing, curating, and driving
effective programmatic sales content development and related
workstreams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate how they have
developed consistent operational strategies for asset creation and
organizational structure while ensuring cross-company alignment on
joint messaging, priorities, content development, and demand
generation activities. Job Role and Responsibilities: The position
requires a self-starter with proven project management skills,
strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to
understand the sales process, proven capability to document and
solicit requirements from various stakeholders, feedback and
commitment to execute projects. The successful DSAT Sales Program
Manager will meet/exceed the following core objectives: Develop
strategies, frameworks and plans to create and deliver Sales
Programs and assets aligned to Dell Technologies and VMware synergy
sales/business priorities, designed to accelerate selling motions
and support activation programs Collaborate effectively with
stakeholders from Dell Technologies and VMware technology business
units, Product Groups, CoC, Sales, Activation, Solutions, Marketing
& Enablement/Training teams to execute against DSAT strategy Align
messaging, priorities, and curated content with key stakeholders
from Dell Technologies and VMware Develop and execute an
operational strategy for asset creation workstreams to ensure
consistency, scalability and quality of Sales Programs and assets.
Manage Sales program/asset lifecycle and quarterly Plan of Record
to ensure the relevancy of programs and content Continually measure
the effectiveness of Sales Programs and assets while designing and
executing plans for improvement Gain a deep understanding of
VMware's strategic joint solutions and how those solutions align to
Dell Technologies products and solutions Required Skills: 10+ years
proven track record of experience with business to business Sales
or in adjacent functions such as Marketing or Sales Enablement,
Sales Programs Ideally have 3+ years of experience at Dell, EMC, or
VMware Leadership experience within large, complex, and highly
matrixed organizations Experience with marketing content
development and curation Outstanding communication and
interpersonal skills; ability to influence and work collaboratively
across organizations Ability to build relationships with
cross-functional stakeholders at Dell and VMware Self-directed,
innovative individual with a demonstrated ability to make
recommendations that balance strategic vision with operational
execution/sustainability Proven ability to simplify the message and
drive shared vision across an organization Highly trusted and
collaborative individual who maintains and expects high standards
for self and broader team Demonstrated ability to develop the
vision and strategic direction Passion for being part of a team and
winning together! Strong analytical skills and a natural
predisposition toward data-driven decision making. The ideal
candidate should nevertheless be able to make reasoned decisions in
the face of uncertainty or imperfect data Outside-of-the-box
thinker and strategic problem-solver who simplifies problems to
their core elements and finds creative solutions Get-stuff-done
mindset with a strong bias towards action Preferred Skills:
Experience with design software and PM Certification a plus An
understanding of the VMware market(s) preferred VMware has a
fast-paced, rapidly growing environment, the ideal candidate will
require the ability to build relationships and respond to top
business priorities by helping to implement sales programs in a
repeatable and scalable fashion. We are searching for someone who

impactful outcomes in a team environment. Ideal location for this
role is Austin, TX but we are considering remote locations in the
