This individual is self-motivated and a service-oriented individual who wants to be part of an evolving team in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. This position requires a strong drive to build great relationships. Property Management is a plus but not required.What You'll Do* Line up the troops. Staying on top of vendors is key to success.* Follow the rules and break the rules. Finding new ways to do things is important, we also must enforce the policies that govern our neighborhood associations.* Become a CPA (just kidding, fortunately we have the strongest accounting team in the industry, but reporting on finances is an important function)* Put on a Referee Shirt and blow the whistle...from time to time, you will be required to diffuse conflict)* Throw a party! (Really, we host some amazing events for our valued clients)* Good at Giant Jenga?
