Job Description:
DescriptionWe're looking for the crazy ones that are going to
change the world.Newchip is a global startup accelerator and
venture fund with a goal of providing world changing early stage
startups with the tools, skills, and mentorship and networks
necessary to successfully raise, build, and scale their businesses.
This role works in our Connect software department, a technology
service we offer to our accelerator companies.Role Overview:Your
role will be to manage 150-200 client accounts, work with them to
achieve success using our software suite, and retain them as
clients longterm. In order to be successful in this role, you will
need to have a customer success driven personality with superb
interpersonal skills and charisma. This role is full time only, no
contractors or part-time offers, however it does offer remote work
options after completing your initial onboarding and training
period. OTE is up to $110,000 with a base range of $45,000-$65,000
(based on experience) with incentive commission up to
$45,000-$60,000; includes medical benefits, and yearly goal based
bonus - there is also the opportunity for stock in the company and

own.Responsibilities:* Working with our startup clients to map out
their goals and develop strategies to execute them using our
software* Manage and retain a portfolio of 150-200 accounts under
your direction and guidance* Achieve agreed upon recurring revenue
targets and account retention outcomes * Manage your portfolio of
accounts through email, text, LinkedIn messaging, video and direct
calls* Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client
relationships* Understand and promote value based company programs
and up-sell opportunities* Present, promote and sell
products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective
customers* Utilize payment processing technology in our SaaS
software system* Expedite the resolution of client problems and
complaints to maximize satisfaction* Coordinate with BDR sales
effort with team members and other departments* Analyze the
territory/market's potential, track monthly recurring revenue and
status reports* Keep abreast of best practices and promotional
trends in the market* Continuously improve through feedback and
coaching with management and team* Provide management with reports
on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and
potential for new products and servicesRequirements* 1-3 years of
direct sales, biz dev, and/or account management experience is a
must requirement * Ability to develop relationships and make
connections with anyone, anywhere* Ability to google, learn
independently, and solve roadblocks without handholding*
Personality type that talks to people on elevators and "owns"
networking events* Deep understanding of the sales funnel and their
dynamics* Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills*
A commitment to excellent customer service and delivering quality
products* Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track
record * Excellent time management and organizational skills*
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the
audience needs* Relationship management skills and openness to
feedback* Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to
build productive business professional relationships* Able to work
comfortably in a fast paced environment* Knowledge and experience
with Microsoft Office* Knowledge and experience with Linkedin Sales
Navigator, * Knowledge and experience with CRM Tools (We use
Pipedrive)* Knowledge and experience with Google DriveBenefits*
