drive engagement, and you will own the engagement, retention, and
growth of your customers. We're looking for someone hyper-focused
on driving value for our customers through Qubole Data Platform and
drive technical/business success for customers. The right candidate
will have a technical background, experience engaging with
customers, building trusted relationships, developing engagement
strategies to ensure all goals and milestones are achieved.As a
Customer Success Manager at Qubole, you will own the customer
relationship starting post-sales. You will be managing customers
through the onboarding and growth stages. As a successful Quboler,
you know how toput the customer first, drive and communicate the
value, resolve basic customer issues, and have a deep understanding
of the use cases and technology.The values that will make you
successful:* Understand the AI, ML and Big Data ecosystem, its use
cases and innovation opportunities. * Passionate about the
technology and articulating its value to customers across
leadership and technology roles.* Be an internal orchestration
point for your customers and use Qubole resources to make the
customer successfulWhat you will be doing:* Understand your
customers and create an adoption plan for customers within your
first 90 days. * Proactively own, track and solve customer
adoption, support cases and value outcomes for each customer.*
Surface issues to Product and Engineering teams to communicate user
issues and improve the product* Drive retention, adoption and value
realization within accounts by developing and delivering mutual
success plans aligned with customers' business objectives.* Build
strong customer relationships with practitioners as well as
executive sponsors, acting as a trusted advisor for focus
accounts.* Identify renewal risk and collaborate with internal
teams to remediate and ensure a successful renewal * Partner
closely with sales to manage account strategy and ensure customer
growth and retention* Work with the field team to properly sell and
position Professional Services OfferingsRequired experiences and
skills:* 3+ years experience in account management, customer
success or SaaS sales engineering, ideally in an Analytics or
Consulting role or with a SaaS, Cloud or Big Data company.* Ability
to communicate clearly and effectively with executive- level
sponsors as well as technical practitioners.* Sales experience
growing accounts * Grasp on SQL, data warehousing, ETL concepts*
Prior experience of navigating a start-up ecosystem - externally
and internally. * Demonstrated attitude towards learning and
working in a hands-on approach.* Excellent written, oral and
interpersonal communication skills.* Expertise with Cloud
technologies - Google, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Cloud, or
Infrastructure.* Knowledge of Hadoop, Hive, Spark, or any
distributed systems a plus.* Bachelors Degree required; Computer
